a.m. Treadmill 1/2 mile warm up, ran 6 miles, 1/2 mile cooldown walk at 7.5 incline.
One more day to reach my week goal AND my month goal. :) Maybe the dry erase board hanging in my bedroom (with daily running schedule for the month and dorky motivational comments) and the dry erase board hanging next to the treadmill (with daily reminder of miles todo and completed with my quote "BOSTON DOESN'T JUST HAPPEN" wrote across the top is working. Oh yea... there's also the log I carry in my purse and my running blog buddies and my running friends. (I'm NOT crazy... ??? ... I just don't want the excuse that I didn't have a plan)
Heather would just die if she seen that run on sentence. hee hee hee |
